The Recreation Coordinator at YMCA Camp Loma Mar is responsible for the Sports and Recreation programs, Arts and Crafts, Aquatics, all camp activities, line-ups, campfires, and assists in staff training. At least two years camp experience in a leadership role, ability to work with a wide variety of age groups and experience working with peers as an authority figure. The Activities Coordinator is a mature and organized person, able to communicate with parents, campers and staff in an effective and professional way. Part of the leadership team, the Recreation Coordinator is involved achieving the overall success of the program at YMCA Camp Loma Mar.
