The Activity Director at YMCA Camp Loma Mar will supervise all activity programming, including aquatics, nature, creative arts, and recreation, as well as supervising the coordinators for each area. The Activity Director is a mature leader, with experience supervising, with the ability to communicate well with parents, other staff, and supervisors. This position will be the primary contact for the activity programs in the summer and will work closely with the leadership team for the overall camping program. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required and will be your primary tool setting up schedules and tasks.
